Have been a patient here for years. I absolutely love it. The staff make you feel right at home and they know you by your first name when you walk through the door. For me, my teeth are super important and often, I need a long time and a lot of information to make decisions about whether I should get a crown, or whether I need to get a mouth guard, and other teeth-related decisions. I'm also very particular about what ppl do to my teeth and I have not yet been disappointed in the quality of workmanship I've received. These guys have also never pushed me into getting any services done that I don't need and have patiently provided me with all the info I ask for (e.g. cost, insurance coverage, etc) so that I can make informed decisions. Like one time, I had really bad pain in one tooth and they sent me to a specialist because they suspected that I needed to get a root canal but wanted an expert opinion to be sure. I ended up having a sinus infection that was treated with antibiotics and didn't have to get a root canal! I super appreciated how they had the expertise to see that I didn't have to go through a painful and expensive procedure when it was not necessary. The cleanings are also very thorough, which is really important to me because I really enjoy clean teeth. I highly recommend this office!

I'm not sure how often people emerge out of a trip to the dentist with a sentiment of "Wow, that was painless, the customer service was unbelievable, and I need to immediately write a review because of how happy I was with the overall experience," but the Soft Touch crew has their practice down to a science. Top notch customer experience. From the receptionist, to the hygienist to the Dr., everyone went above and beyond to make you feel like you were instantly welcome, had your best interests at heart and a part of their family. Is it strange that I'm looking forward to going back to the dentist?

Always very pleasant and very puntual ! The whole staff is amazing! Dr. Bidabadi always stops by to greet you and to check you! She is very kind and very knowledgeable! I have always had a great experience ! I have been in this practice for almost 20 years! Amazing staff and a great Doctor!
